of the Commonwealth and to serve and protect the citizens of Suffolk County.
As a leader in county corrections, the Sheriff’s Department is committed to
providing safe care and custody for individuals at our facilities through a variety of
offices, programs, services and partners.
We are pleased to offer this site as a glimpse into the world of corrections,
rehabilitation, and the Sheriff’s Department’s role as an innovative
