The Suffolk County Sheriff’s Department’s Summer Enrichment Program interns took a tour of the Suffolk County Jail as part of the program’s experiential learning component. Led on the tour by Officers Shawn O’Brien and Stacey Wood of the External Affairs and Communications Division, SEP members visited several key locations in the Jail including Communications, Property, Booking, and a detainee housing unit in addition to others, and heard about the programs, services and functions of the Jail.
