CORI-FRIENDLY JOB FAIR NEXT WEEK: Are you looking for work but concerned that your CORI (Criminal Offender Record Information) might be an obstacle to future employment? Would you like to learn about a host of other potential career opportunities that you might be missing out on? Would you like to find resources that can help you to sharpen and polish your job search efforts? If you answered “yes” to any or all of these questions, then come on out to our Employment and Resource Job Fair on October 24th at the Ray and Joan Kroc Community Corps from 10AM to 2PM. Participants will receive free professional headshots to use for online employment profiles and job searches, and there will be numerous employers and resource organizations on hand to aid you in your efforts to find work. The Employment and Resource Job Fair on Thursday, October 24th will be held from 10AM to 2PM at the Ray and Joan Kroc Corps, 650 Dudley Street, Boston, MA 02125 and is sponsored by the Suffolk County Sheriff’s Department, the City of Boston’s Office of Returning Citizens, the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office and MassHire Downtown Boston.
